Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi Calls for Action Against Infiltrators of Protests
Kapseret Member of Parliament, Oscar Sudi, has stirred controversy with his recent allegations regarding the nature of protests aimed at opposing the Finance Bill.
In a passionate address to the press, MP Sudi accused unidentified leaders of orchestrating a covert operation to undermine President William Samoei Ruto’s administration through what he described as a “coup attempt.”
“I will name and shame leaders who infiltrated the peaceful protests by our valuable Gen Z and reigned mayhem,” declared Sudi, emphasizing his determination to expose those he believes are responsible for escalating tensions during what were intended to be peaceful demonstrations.
Sudi’s allegations come in the wake of widespread unrest following protests against the Finance Bill, which saw incidents of property damage and clashes with law enforcement.
Expressing personal concern as a parent of Generation Z children, Sudi questioned the motivations behind the violent acts witnessed during the protests.
“These are the leaders who made dark plans and collaborated with goons to destroy people’s property and it’s high time they are unmasked,” asserted Sudi, highlighting the need for accountability and transparency in the aftermath of the protests.
The MP’s statements have sparked a heated debate, with critics questioning the evidence behind his accusations and urging caution against inflammatory rhetoric. Sudi, known for his outspoken nature, has remained steadfast in his calls for action, promising to continue his efforts to identify and hold accountable those he believes to be responsible for the unrest.
