Tragic Death of Officer at Muungano Police Station Shakes Community
A police officer stationed at Muungano Police Station has died after collapsing at her residence on the night of Tuesday, October 8. Officer Pauline Adenyoh reportedly suffered a seizure, prompting her husband, Evans Adenyo, to raise the alarm around 10:00 p.m.
Responding quickly, officers from Muungano Police Station, led by the Officer Commanding Station (OCS), arrived at the scene and transported Officer Adenyoh to Reale Hospital in Utawala, approximately 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, she was pronounced dead upon arrival. Medical staff confirmed she had experienced a seizure, and her condition deteriorated rapidly.
The body of Officer Adenyoh has been moved to Chiromo Funeral Home for preservation, pending a post-mortem examination to establish the exact cause of death.
This sudden loss has sent shockwaves through both the local community and the police force, raising concerns about the health and well-being of officers. As investigations continue, the police community mourns the loss of one of their own, and support is being extended to her family during this challenging time.
