Eldoret National Polytechnic Celebrates Customer Service Week in Style
The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) marked Customer Service Week in a grand fashion, with celebrations led by Chief Principal Dr. Charles Koech, alongside Deputy Administrators, the Deputy President for Academics, staff, and trainees.
The event, which highlights the importance of customer service excellence in the institution, saw various activities held to honor the hard work and dedication of the polytechnic’s employees. A key highlight of the celebration was the recognition and awarding of staff members who have demonstrated exceptional service to students and the community.
In his remarks, Dr. Koech emphasized the critical role of customer service in ensuring the smooth operation of academic institutions. “Our staff’s dedication to serving our trainees is what sets TENP apart as an institution of excellence,” said Dr. Koech. “Today, we celebrate their efforts and reinforce our commitment to providing quality service across all departments.”
The celebration was also attended by students who actively participated in activities aimed at enhancing service delivery and fostering a culture of appreciation within the institution. Staff members received certificates of appreciation and other awards for their continued efforts in making TENP a leading institution of technical education.
As the Customer Service Week comes to a close, the TENP fraternity reaffirmed their commitment to upholding high standards of service delivery to ensure that both staff and students thrive in an environment that values excellence and support.
