Governor Natembeya Highlights Key Achievements and Future Development
In a media interview Governor George Natembeya took the opportunity to reflect on the significant strides made during his two years in office, underscoring his commitment to improving essential services and infrastructure across Trans Nzoia County.
Governor Natembeya highlighted a number of landmark projects that have been completed under his leadership, which he believes have significantly enhanced the well-being of residents. Among the key projects mentioned were the *Tom Mboya Mother and Child Facility*, the *Kwanza Primary Health Care Facility*, and the *Saboti Sub-county Theatre*, all of which are now operational and aimed at improving healthcare services across the county. The *Matunda Theatre* and the *Nawiri Funds initiative* were also highlighted as part of his broader strategy to boost public services, cultural amenities, and community development.

In terms of educational empowerment, the Governor proudly announced that the *Elimu Bursary Scholarship*, which supports students in public schools, has seen tremendous growth.
