A serial Bhang Dealer Arrested at Kakelo Dudi Sub Location, Homabay County
A serial bhang dealer from Kakelo Dudi Sub Location, Homabay County was outwitted by police and nabbed for trafficking a total of 3,900 rolls of bhang.
The notorious peddler namely Kennedy Odhiambo, who has always outsmarted officers when a dragnet is laid to nab him, had no more options up his sleeves when he was handcuffed during a crack down operation on illicit brews and drugs. The haul of bhang was recovered from his house on diverse dates.
He will be arraigned and be served his just deserts for all the harm he has caused within his community and beyond.
