BIG WIN FOR TEAM KENYA AS MARY MORAA BAGS BRONZE
After an impressive run in the semi-final, Mary Moraa, the pride of Kenya catapulted into the finals where she kept the country’s hope for more medals alive by finishing third and achieving another milestone with a new personal best record time of 1:56.70.
As the curtains came down on the 10-day event, Moraa’s medal added another feather in Kenya’s cap as the country pulled an impressive run highlighted by a total of ten medals in the global standing.
