Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen Calls for Strict Enforcement of Traffic Laws
In response to the directives issued by His Excellency the President, Cabinet Secretary for Roads, Kipchumba Murkomen, has underscored the imperative for all police officers to uphold the law without bias, regardless of their department affiliations.
