COUNTY LAUNCHES SILOBA WATER PROJECT IN KIMAETI, BUMULA
CECM Water, Hon. Renson Makheti accompanied by Chief Officer Roads, Maurice Marango, has launched the drilling of Siloba water project in Kimaeti ward, Bumula sub county.
This project brings to a total of 120 boreholes drilled and equipped since Governor Wycliffe Wangamati took office in 2017.
This project consist of a high calibre borehole that’s projected to produce 3,000 litres of water per hour, serving the Siloba shines Primary School and 200 households in siloba and the neighbouring community.
The project will see the borehole equiped with a solar hybrid pumping system, community water point, pipeline distribution and a water kiosk.
