David Kipkorir Ruto Declares Interest For the Elgeyo Marakwet Senatorial Seat
David Kipkorir Ruto has declared his interets for the Elgeyo Marakwet senatorial bid.
This comes after President William Ruto Kipchumba Murkomen was appointed CS as Cabinet secretary for Roads, Transport and Public Works
Ruto is the owner of the award winning Fashion Wear Dsquare Wears and Dsquare School of Fashion Design and Tailoring Eldoret.
“The quest for a better Elgeyo Marakwet opens a new page. Our People have remained hopeful for better infrastructure, healthcare, education and most importantly enhanced security.These can be achieved through proper representation, proactive legislation and lobbying for more allocation of national revenue to EMC,” said Ruto.
He says with vast experience he is ready to serve the people of Elgeyo Marakwet.
“With a vast experience in Accounting, Investment, Mentorship and Entrepreneurship, I am prepared to fill the already big shoes that shall soon be vacated by my senior and hereby wish to tender my Candidature as the next *Senator of Elgeyo Marakwet County,”he said.
He further congratulated Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen on his appointment as the cabinet secretary.
