DG Chemno Refute Claims It Administered Illegal Oath To Recently Graduated Inspectorate Officers
The County Government of Uasin Gishu has dismissed claims that it administered an illegal oath during the routine training of inspectorate officers that recently graduated.
Speakiong to the press at the County headquarters deputy governor Daniel Chemno says this is uncalled for and ill intended and only meant to cause fear.
“The claims are malicious and meant to cause fear among locals and its sad that an independent gubernatorial candidate is the one spreading the claims. Uasin Gishu is a peaceful County and we have vowed to preach bpeace before, during and after the August polls,” said Chemno.
97 inspectorate officers and 32 from the fire department recently graduated in an event presided over by Governor Jackson Mandago at the Chebororwa Agricultural Training College.
This comes after governor Mandago recently appeared before Rift Valley regional DCI offices in Nakuru Mandago on the allegations that he is training goosnas ahead of the August polls.
Mandago termed the claims as malicious, peddled by competitors, singling out Governor Aspirant Zedekiah Buzeki.
“I want to refute claims that a leader like me who advocates peaceful coexistence can train goons ahead of the August polls.Thd allegations are false and ill intended and oy meant to tarnish my name,” said the Uasin Gishu governor Jackson Mandago.
” Chebororwa ATC is a government facility used for training its agricultural officers and farmers, as well as hosting conferences how can I use it to train goons. I am a law abiding person and cannot train goons to injure my electorates,”governor Mandago added.
