It’s so disheartening to see young women and girls fall prey to perpetrator of Sexual and Gender Based Violence, which has become rampant Countywide.
In light of this The Woman Representative for Nairobi County The Hon Esther Passaris is keen and very committed to see to it that this vice is exterminated once and for all.
Hon Esther Passaris is sparing no effort to see her vision and mission accomplished in this noble course.
So far under her relentless push and mobilisation, Seventeen units have been earmarked for construction in police stations across the Nairobi county and are expected to provide safe spaces for victims of SGBV.
Hon Esther Passaris on Monday flanked by Principal Secretary Anne Wangombe, alongside Ana Nyalita and National Government Affirmative Action Fund CEO Roy Sasaka, carried out an inspection tour of the NGAAF_KE SGBV Police Units.

“This was a great opportunity to showcase the work invested in providing dignified, humane and safe spaces for survivors of sexual gender-based violence seeking help at police stations within Nairobi County.”
