Such is the great work a gentleman has been doing at the helm of the Kenya Urban Roads Authority. The Gentleman is none other than Engineer Silas Kinoti, the managing Director of the Kenya Urban Roads Authority.
Testifying his warm, exuberant, and outgoing character, coupled with a spontaneous lack of inhibition and the “ability to endear himself to virtually everyone who actually meets him, Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Karen Ward ANTHONY MARAGU earlier today met KURA Director General at their offices. He thanked him for the great work happening within Karen, and he also presented requests for rehabilitation of various roads within Karen.
