Govenor Bii Hosts celebrated Footballers Mariga and Wanyama
Uasin Gishu governor Jonathan Bii alias Koti Moja hosted Kenya’s celebrated footballers, led by Macdonald Mariga and his brother Thomas Wanyama.
He says the two renowned players are committed to developing and supporting young talent in our country, and I wholeheartedly support their collaboration.
“As a county founded on sports, my commitment is to provide opportunities for our youth to develop their skills. The Governor’s Cup volleyball tournament is currently taking place across the wards, and all winners will be rewarded at the end. It is one of many programs aimed at empowering youth,” he said.
