Governor Jonathan Bii Outlines Vision for Uasin Gishu’s Future During Wareng Powerhouse Group’s Sixth Anniversary
Governor Jonathan Bii of Uasin Gishu has outlined an ambitious vision for the future of the county, focusing on its potential for industrial growth and investment.
This vision was prominently showcased during the sixth anniversary celebration of Wareng Powerhouse Group.
Addressing a diverse audience that included local leaders, professionals, business community members, clergy, and farmers, Governor Bii emphasized the county’s strategic initiatives to become a premier investment hub. “Our county is brimming with opportunities,” said Bii. “We are committed to leveraging these to foster job creation, enhance economic development, and transform Uasin Gishu into one of the leading cities in our region.”
The anniversary event also featured a keynote address by Bishop Emeritus Hon. Jackson Kosgei, who spoke on harnessing local assets to drive economic success. Other notable attendees included Senator Jackson Mandago, MP Hon. Julius Rutto of Kesses, and Dr. Eric Rutto, President of the Chamber of Commerce.
