Governor Natembeya Congratulates Teams For Performing Well in The Rift Valley Regional Primary School Games
Trans Nzoia governor George Natembeya has has congratulated primary school teams from the County for their admirable participation in the recently concluded Rift Valley Region Primary School Games.
He said their unwavering dedication and exceptional skills led them to a remarkable victory in an impressive five out of seven categories.
These victories include Handball (both girls’ and boys’ divisions), Netball, Soccer (girls’ and boys’ divisions).
“Our teams distinguished themselves as top scorers and demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the event, embodying the essence of sportsmanship and excellence,” governor Natembeya said.
He says his administration remains committed to fostering sporting activities and nurturing talents.
“We’re proud to announce the establishment of modern sporting facilities, including a stadium, along with increased funding for the sports department. The rising success of Trans Nzoia County is a testament to our dedication and determination,” he added
