Is  Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua Joining Kenya Kwanza Alliance?

Through his  official  Facebook page he wrote “Karibu nyumbani Dr. Alfred Mutua!

Mutua is the party leader of the Maendeleo Chap Chap and he is serving his second term as Machakos governor.

There has been rumours though social media saying that Mutua will be joining Kenya Kwanza alliance led by thr deputy president William Samoei Ruto,  but he has neither agreed nor rejected the same.

Azimio is a giant coalition full of political bigwigs with most outgoing governors in it and with many ethnically founded parties sponsored by the handshake government.  Parties with zero agenda joining azimio are meant to create an impression that Rao is gaining against DP William Samoei Ruto,”
