Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro hosts 15 Mps From Across the Country
NG-CDF Kiharu Constituency staff and Hon. Ndindi Nyoro-MP for Kiharu for hosting over 15 MPs from across the country for a day long Peer to Peer learning exercise at Nyakihai Primary School Hall in Kiharu today.
We gathered in Kiharu and learnt a lot from each other on how we can measure our NG-CDF projects and services against those of other constituencies and especially against the work of Hon. Ndindi Nyoro who has developed some people-friendly products and processes that are people centered and aimed at doing more quality work using less financial resources….
I was accompanied on the trip by my Constituency Fund and Account Manager and NG-CDF Chairman. We were treated to powerful insights to make us understand how Mandera South Constituency compares with other constituencies across the country despite the fact that we are in different contexts in this country.
We have identified key areas of learning for improvements including labour based project implementation approaches, Elimu Bora School feeding programme.
We will implement some of the lessons gradually and others immediately In Sha Allah…
