KNQA CEO Dr. Alice Kande issues a certificate to a graduate in Loropio Turkana.
The Authority participated in a colourful event that saw over 70 youths graduate having been assessed through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
The vibrant youth were awarded certificates of Competence in Website development & creative computer design through a collaboration between the Eldoret National Polytechnic and learning lions in Loropio Turkana.
RPL provides for recognition and validation of skills, knowledge and competencies that individuals have acquired outside formal education system.
The colourful event was graced by Governors Turkana and Marsabit Counties, Deputy Governors and other prominent dignitaries.
