Leaving Senate is Not Easy- Senator Kipchumba Murkomen
Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen now says it’s hard for him to leave the senate.
This is after president William Ruto appointed him as cabinet minister for Roads, Transport, and Public works in Kenya.
Through his official Facebook page, he wrote “A lot is going through my mind. Leaving Senate is not easy. It’s been my home for the last 10 years,”
Murkomen who is serving his third term as Elgeyo Marakwet Senator was elected on UDA party ticket.
He was instrumental during the August polls and he moved across the country campaigning for president William Ruto.
He is among the best-performing and most vocal senators.
