MANDAGO MOURNS MRS JANE KAMAI
Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson K. Arap Mandago, on Saturday, paid a glowing tribute to mama Jane Shokwei Kamai who was laid to rest at her home in Tumeiyo, Soy Ward, Elgeiyo Marakwet County.
The Governor extolled her love for God and discipline in upbringing her children who have grown to be leaders and resourceful government officers.
Deputy Governor Daniel Chemno ,also present, said mama Jane was an astute business woman.
The late Mrs Kamai is mother to Honorable Jackson Kiptanui Kamai ( KVDA chairman) and Ms. Margaret Ayabei , Uasin Gishu County Director of Tourism.
