Mosop MP Want UDA Party To Return the Money He Paid to the Party
Mosop Member of Parliament Vincent Tuei now wants the UDA Party to refund the money he paid to the party.
Through his official Facebook page Tuei said he will also withdraw his support to the deputy president William Samoei Ruto’s presidential bid.
This comes after the Mosop legislator was defeated during the UDA party primaries.
“Good afternoon ,Following the recently concluded shambolic and biased UDA nominations, and after much consultation I have today made the following decisions, to run for mp Mosop constituency on an independent ticket and will also resign from the newly formed UDA party immediately,” said the Mosop member of Parliament.
Tuei also demanded for the refund of nomination fee and any other contribution he made to the party
“To Rescind my support for Ruto presidential ambition and urge all my supporters to do the same. To form a partnership with those who were rigged out by the party in Nandi and Uasin Gishu counties, and to support all independent candidates in those counties,” he said.
Tuei was elected on a Jubilee party ticket in the 2017 general elections and has been a big critique of the deputy president William Samoei Ruto’s presidential bid.
