MULTI-AGENCY SECURITY TEAM RECOVERS STOLEN LIVESTOCK AND AN ILLEGAL FIREARM
On 29th June 2022, the Multi-Agency security team in Marsabit conducted successful patrols within Turusi area of Koya Location.
The security team recovered one AK-47 rifle with twenty-eight rounds of ammunition, thirteen sheep, and three goats.
This livestock which was earlier reported to have been stolen at Turbi Area was escorted to the Multi-Agency Camp in Marsabit for further police action.
We laud the residents for their support that made the recovery successful and urge them to surrender all the illegal weapons to the security agencies for the sake of lasting peace in the entire Marsabit County.
