Ndegwa family Dispute Victims Want Justice
Land disputes in the country have become rampant, recent case been at Karen concerning Ndegwa family and amorphous group that are claiming to be the legal owners of disputed 19 hectares parcel of land along Malura road in karen.
At the wee hours of the morning unknown goons invaded the Family land and destroying ongoing project.
The family claims they have genuine and legal documents and have stayed in the land in peace since 1972 without any quoter claiming the ownership of the land.
Briefing the media today the family is appealing for government intervention for justice to prevail faulting former lands Administrator Charlse Ng’etich for issues another false document to amorphous Ivory group
