Pastor Ezekiel 15 Bank Accounts Have Been Unfrozen
Milimani Court Magistrate Benmark Ekhubi on Monday, May 22, granted New Life International Church Pastor Ezekiel Odero access to all his bank accounts, which had been frozen for 15 days.
The banks, which were frozen on 8th May 2023 following the government plea to investigate siting money laundry.
Pastor Ezekiel lawyer led by Danson Omari, while cross-examining inspector Martin Munene told the court that the accounts were not person account but church and school account.
The case comes after the Shakahola Massacare where pastor Ezekiel was linked to Mackenzie.
However, the matter will be mentioned on 30 May.
