PHOTOS: IEBC Clears DP Ruto to Vie for Presidency
Deputy President William Ruto has been cleared by Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to run for President in the flourthcoming general elections scheduled for August.
He was presented the clearance certificate by Chairman Wafula Chebukati .
Ruto was accompanied by his running mate, Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua,ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi, Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, Kandara MP Alice Wahome, UDA secretary general Veronica Maina, among others.
