Homabay governor Gladys Wanga signed and sealed charters this morning establishing Mbita, Ndhiwa, Kendu Bay, and Oyugis as full municipalities, joining Homa Bay Town.
” We are positioning them as economic hubs to attract investments, development partner support, and enhance service delivery,” she said.
