PHOTOS:President Uhuru Kenyatta Meets President Elect William Ruto at State House
President Uhuru Kenyatta on Monday met President elect Dr William Samoei Ruto at state house.
This is the first time the two are meeting after the August polls.
Ruto will be sworn in as the 5th president of the Republic of Kenya.
After the meeting, President Kenyatta and First Lady Margaret Kenyatta conducted the President-elect and First Lady in-waiting Rachel Ruto on a tour of State House as part of the official handing-over process.
Today’s meeting between President Kenyatta and President-elect Dr. Ruto affirms that all preparations for tomorrow’s inauguration are complete.
