President Ruto to Preside Over the Groundbreaking of the 64 Iconic Market
Preparations for the groundbreaking of the multi-billion Eldoret’s 64 ultra-modern market by President H.E William Ruto is currently underway.
While on a visit to the market today to check on its development, County Executive Committee Member for Trade and Cooperatives Martha Cheruto commended officers from NYS noting that the County administration is looking forward to a fruitful launch.
The 6-storey building jointly funded by the National Government and the County Government will be able to house up to 10,000 traders largely addressing the challenge of lack of space that has been a headache amongst traders.
Once complete, the Eldoret 64 Market will be an iconic building in town.
