PS Dr Muoria Applauds The Eldoret National Polytechnic’s Chief Principal for Mentorship Success

The Principal Secretary of the State Department for Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Dr Esther Thaara Muoria, has praised the exceptional leadership and mentorship of Charles Koech, the Chief Principal of The Eldoret National Polytechnic. Her commendation comes in recognition of Koech’s pivotal role in mentoring Ziwa Technical Training Institute, which recently celebrated its first inaugural graduation.

PS Dr. Muoria highlighted the significant impact of Koech’s guidance on the development and success of Ziwa Technical Training Institute.

“Charles Koech’s dedication to fostering excellence in technical education is truly commendable. His mentorship has been instrumental in guiding Ziwa Technical Training Institute to this remarkable milestone,” she stated during the Ziwa TTI Inaugural graduation.

Koech’s mentorship journey with Ziwa Technical Training Institute began several years ago.
His commitment to nurturing the institution’s growth, through strategic planning, curriculum development, and staff training, has been crucial in elevating its standards and reputation. The culmination of these efforts was witnessed in the recent graduation ceremony, marking a significant achievement for the institute and its students.

PS Dr Muoria emphasized the importance of such mentorship in the broader context of Kenya’s educational landscape. “The success of Ziwa Technical Training Institute is a testament to the power of mentorship and collaboration within our TVET system.
