Retired IG Joseph Boinet Appointed Deputy National Security Advisor
President William Ruto has appointed retired inspector general of police Joseph Boinet as Deputy national security advisor.
Elgeyo Marakwet governor Wisley Rotich congratulated him on his appointment.
“Congratulations to my Brother Rtd IG Joseph Boinet on his appointment as Deputy national security advisor.
