In his manifesto, Kigame pointed out twelve points that would lead his government upon election. Some of the key points that he made are to lower fuel cost as he says that he will negotiate with the fuel importers and distributors inorder to have cheap fuel.

He also said that he will reduce VAT to 14% as it will make it easier to do business in the country.

The presidential aspirant further stated that they will remove children from the streets.’We will embark on removing every child and family off the streets and repatriate them to families or housing them in government sponsored institutions or those owned by charity.’

The evangelist turned politician earlier on had accused the electoral body of discrimination stating that he had been irregularly disqualified from the election. He has demanded that the verification of presidential aspirants be redone and all those he alleged to be illegally locked out given a chance.
