After months of planning, talent scouting, studio preparations, content curation and rehearsals, Royal Media Services has officially launched Ramogi TV.
The channel which broadcasts in the Luo language known as Dholuo hit the airwaves at a colourful ceremony that kicked off a new era in broadcasting.
Ramogi TV will follow the same winning formula that has underpinned the success of Citizen TV and Inooro TV including world-class news, high-quality features, people-driven talk shows hosted by the best media personalities in the market.
From Monday to Monday Ramogi TV will bring you the best in politics, current affairs, business, sports, health and lifestyle. But also, the royal media services’ renowned local and international shows now have a new home on Ramogi TV.
The content on Ramogi TV will cut across all socioeconomic classes from ordinary Kenyans to leading political figures in the country. Leaders from the luo nation say it is a welcome addition to the country’s rich media landscape.
Eight years since the advent of devolution stations like Ramogi TV give regions a chance to have a greater say in their affairs. Ramogi’s studios in Nairobi will be complemented by a studio in Kisumu and crews all over the country ready to deliver the news.
Ramogi TV is now available on ADNL, Signet, the Citizen Digital app, Viusasa, YouTube, Facebook and all the other social media platforms.
