The brother to Elgeyo Marakwet Governor Wisley Rotich has passed on.
His death was announced by the Elgeyo Marakwet
governor Wisley Rotich
Through his official Facebook page, he wrote “We shall meet on that beautiful shore. Say Hi to Mzee up there. I am totally devastated; I always thought I would go the first coz of the too many risks I take,”
Rotich who was recently elected on a UDA party ticket is a staunch supporter of President William Ruto’s administration.
He was the deputy governor to Engineer Alex Tolgos who vied to three senatorial seat but was defeated by Kipchumba Murkomen.
Kenyans used his post to send their messages of condolences to the family amd friends of the deceased.
