Tongaren MP Urges Parents to Enroll Their Children to TTI

Tongaren Constituency MP Hon John murumba chikati has urged parents to bring their children’s to *Bungoma North TTI* (Nabing’eng’e) so that they can gain knowledge and develop themselves and acquire several skills.

Speaking during the official launch of the Bursary forms project and admissions of new students at the institute, the legislator urged parents to bring students who scored Grade D and above to Bungoma North TTI.

He has called on the TTI to invest heavily in agriculture considering that the area is agricultural while promising to renovate the roads which will ease the transportation of farm harvests and movement of the students and residents.

“We must boost the student enrollment in the institution.

Furthermore we will pursue lasting solutions that will lead to the improvement of physical and technical infrastructure as well as student accommodation.”

He urged students to work hard and join different companies including West Kenya Naitiri Sugar not forgetting President William Ruto over 2000 housing Plan which requires skilled personel from TVETs.

Through CDF Hon Chikati has promised to purchase extra materials to improve the students training.
Hon Chikati is set to make the TTI the centre for Tree Academy which will be distributed overall in the Constituency.

Hon Chikati has urged students not to worry about studying and want them to be disciplined rather than engaging unnecessary activities as he urged parents to motivate teachers by paying little they have.

The legislator is set to invest heavily in education in his constituency.
