Uasin Gishu Jubilee Party Chairman Francis Muya Welcomes Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance Deputy President Martha Karua In the County
Uasin Gishu Jubilee Party chairman and Langas MCA Francis Muya Mwangi has welcomed Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance deputy President Mama Martha Wangare Karua in Uasin Gishu County.
Karua is expected to attend a church service in Eldoret town and thereafter attend a Mammoth rally at Huruma Grounds, Turbo Constituency, Uasin Gishu County.
“On behalf of the people of Uasin Gishu , Langas and myself I want to officially welcome our deputy president for the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance to our County Uasin Gishu. ,” said Muya while speaking to the press.
He called on Uasin Gishu residents to turn out in large numbers and welcome the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance deputy president as she will be touring Uasin Gishu.
“I want to call upon all Azimio La Umoja supporters in Uasin Gishu to show up in large numbers and welcome our leader. and if you don’t support her don’t go to her meeting to cause violence,” the Uasin Gishu Jubilee Party chairman and Langas MCA said.
He further said that Langas Ward is Azimio La Umoja ward and no one should be intimidated for supporting opposition leader Raila Odinga’s presidential bid.
“For
peace to prevail if you are Kenya kwanza diehard don’t go to Azimio la Umoja function and vice versa this will help to prevent the chaos that has been witnessed in the campaign trail,” Muya said.
Muya says he will ensure that the Jubilee party will deliver more seats in Uasin Gishu which is perceived to be a UDA party zone.
“Many thought that Jubilee party was dead yet we were working for the electorates but we are now playing politics and we will ensure that we deliver over 5 MCA seats in Uasin Gishu,” he said.
He called on his electorates to vote for him in the forthcoming August polls.
“As Francis Muya I urge my people to vote me in since they have seen what we have done together in the last 15 years and if BBI was not rejected by the court of law I could have vied for the MP seat but I am requesting the support of Langas electorate for my MCA bid. I promise to make Langas Ward much better,” he said.
He further said that his presidential candidate will be none other than the opposition leader Raila Odinga to whom he says he has done a lot to the country.
“If you see a politician in UDA or Azimio just know that his or her interest is catered for there and for this reason my presidential candidate in the forthcoming general elections is none other than Raila Amolo Odinga who has done a lot for this country. I am calling upon Kenyans from all divides to vote for him since he has what it takes to take the country to greater heights.,” said Muya
