Uasin Gishu to Hold Kenya Kwanza Economic Forum This Wednesday
Kenya Kwanza coalition will on Wednesday 25th May 2022 hold Uasin Gishu Economic Forum at the Eldoret Sports Club.
According to Uasin Gishu UDA gubernatorial nominee Jonathan Bii alias Koti Moja the event will start at 10:00 am and the chief guest will be deputy president-designate Righati Gachagua.
“We’ll be hosting our designated Deputy President, on. Righati Gachagua, at the Eldoret Sports Club tomorrow, the 25th of May, for the Uasin Gishu chapter of the UDA/Kenya Kwanza economic forum,” said the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial nominee.
He called on Kenyans from all divides to show up in large numbers to give their opinions on how the economy can be economic pillars that can be harnessed for enhanced development.
“The economic stability of our people is our key priority area and a driving force behind our quest for a sustainable income generating populace. All are welcome to this important event as we dissect into ways and means through which our economic pillars can be harnessed for enhanced development within our beloved County,” he added.
Among those who will be attending the function include Uasin Gishu County Governor Jackson Mandago, Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, Turbo MP Janet Sitienei , Soy MP nominee David Kiplagat. Moiben MP Nominee prof Phyllis Bartoo, Anabkoi MP nominee Samwel Chepkonga, Kessses UDA nominee.
Uasin Gishu is the home to the deputy president William Samoei Ruto who has declared his interest in the presidency in the August polls.
He will be facing the opposition leader Raila Odinga who will be vying for the presidency for the fifth time.
