We Will Deliver Votes to DP Ruto –Vihiga County UDA MCA Nominees
UDA Party MCA nominees from Vihiga County have vowed to campaign for the deputy president William Samoei Ruto to be elected president in the forthcoming elections.
Speaking to the oppress after being certificates in Eldoret led by Tailent Onunga from North East Bunyore they said they will deliver over 80 percent of votes to the deputy president William Ruto.
“First of all we want to thank the deputy president for ensuring that we had a free and fair party primaries and what we want to assure him is that we will move from house to house to ensure that he gets massive support from Vihiga County,” said the North East Bunyore UDA MCA aspirant nominee.
They said they believe in Ruto’s leadership and he is the only presidential candidate who can take the country to greater heights.
Ruto who is the UDA party leader has declared his interest for the presidency and he will be facing opposition leader Raila Odinga in the August polls.
“I want to refute claims going round that UDA will not field candidates this is just rumors that do not carry any water by our competitors for them to get political mileage. We are on the ground and we will compete with other candidates equally and I am sure we will defeat them,” he added.
They said thye will sell the deputy president William Ruto’s bottom-up initiative across the County.
“All MCA who won the nominations will deliver the seats to our party leader, and we urge all UDA aspirants to campaign peacefully without violence and ensure that William Ruto gets 80 percent of votes from Vihiga County,” Ronal Litu said.
Caroline Muhonja aspirant MCA on UDA party ticket says “We are ready to fight and be there for our leader Ruto and I am more than sure that Raila Odinga will not get any votes. We have faith this time is his time bottom-up slogan is good and we will support it.
