When and Where DP Ruto Will Visit Uasin Gishu On Monday
Deputy president William Samoei Ruto will on Monday visit Kesses constituency, Uasin Gishu County.
According to Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant on UDA party ticket Jonathan Bii alias Koti Moja this is in a move to solidify his support in the region.
“The Deputy President and the fifth untamed will be home this coming Monday,the 25th of July.
Precisely,the Uasin Gishu leadership will be hosting H.E William Samoei Ruto at the Kesses Centre for a mega Bottom Up rally alongside the Kenya Kwanza team leaders,” said Koti Moja while speaking to the press.
Uasin Gishu is the home of the deputy of president William Samoei Ruto’s who has declared his interest for the presidency in the August polls.
But his bid has been rubbished by thr dynasties led by COTU secretary general Francis Atwoli and Jubilee party vice chairman David Murathe who have termed him as corrupt and cannot be trusted with the country’s leader.
Ruto will be facing the opposition leader Raila Odinga who will be vying for the 5th time.
Kesses constituency is led by Dr Swarup Mishra who will be vying in an independent party ticket.
The Kesses legislator is known for his empowerment programs to women, youths and people with disability.
He was the first member of parliament to give cows to his electorates and he is among the best performing members of parliament in the Country.
“To the Uasin Gishu family,I urge all of us to converge at the venue as from 8am in order to give our guest a befitting homely reception,” he added.
