“This morning I joined the CS – Roads and Transport and PS State Department for Roads in receiving the Governor of Fujian Province, who had paid a Courtesy call to the CS. Fijian Province is the home of China Wu Yi Construction Co. which is an household name in Road Construction in Kenya. Several areas of infrastructure developed partnerships were discussed including development of expressways using the PPP model.”
