He this morning shares with us a motivational thought:
“Citizen and government participation are fundamental pillars in leading a society towards prosperity and stability. During the joint ministerial tour we held meetings with stakeholders from the government and the private sector involved in cross border trade.
Later we held a public address where the two ministers signed a joint communique to mark the joint tour. A symbiotic relationship between citizens and the government forms the cornerstone of a well-functioning society.
We are grateful for the citizens of Busia town who turned out in large numbers and challenged us on the road to a better integration process that is citizen led.”
