Kenyans Reacts After Kithure Kindiki Wrote This About BBI Bill
Kenyans have reacted after Tharaka Nithi Senator Kithure Kindiki wrote this on his Facebook page.
He wrote “The burden of truth (not of proof) has been discharged,”
Kindiki is a staunch supporter of the deputy president William Ruto’s presidential bid.
DP Ruto’s bid has been rubbished by thr dynasties who have termed him as corrupt and cannot be trusted with the country’s leadership.
His post recieved mixed reactions here are some of their comments.
Ngatana Mburu says “Thanks professor your submission was on point plus that of others learned friends who represented wanjiku in the court of Appeal,”
Njagi Njagi wrote “What do fear when you run to courts to stop a referendum.why are the courts used to gag Wanjiku.are some sort slaves to a Constitution we approved to guide us or it’s our God’s ten Commandments which can be changed.ONLY by GOD??”
Neema Wangeci says “And now l know to get the title Profesa isn’t a walk in the park..Profesa you made Kenyans proud ..thankyou Sir! more grace strength n favor,”
Gichuhi says “Mhesh just a question which section or part of the constitution says the president shall not suggest any amendments?”
Cornelius Koech says “You put a spirited fight there at the court of appeal fighting for millions of Kenyans who are of the view that this document is not a priority, is unconstitutional, and null and void. We are very determined that the high court decision will finally be upheld,”
