Opposition Leader Raila Odinga Reconciles Vihiga Governor With his Deputy 

Vihiga Governor  Dr. Wilber  Ottichilo has today reconciled with Dr. Patrick Saisi – Deputy Governor, Vihiga County in a move presided over by The ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga.

According to the former Prime Minister, the ongoing feud between the two leaders is of great harm to the electorate.

“I want you two to join hands and work together as one for the benefit of common mwananchi and to scale up development in this county,” Stated Raila during the burial of Dr. Saisi’s wife, Ashura Saisi.

On his part, Dr. Ottichilo expressed his willingness to work with all elected leaders in the county in a bid to enhance better service delivery.

“I don’t have any bad blood with my Deputy Dr. Saisi.It’s my urge that we join hands as elected leaders of this county and deliver for our people,” The County Boss said.

The late Ashura Saisi’s funeral service took place today at Cheptulu market grounds in Shiru ward, Hamisi Sub County and was attended by a host of leaders led by the ODM Leader, Deputy Party Leader and Kakamega Governor Oparanya, Hon. Beatrice Adagala – Vihiga County Women Rep., MPs Dr. Charles Gimose (Hamisi), Alfred Agoi (Sabatia), Omboko Milemba (Emuhaya), MCAs among others.
