Nairobi National park is iconic
Nairobi is the only major city in the world with a national park, a treasure that adds to Kenya’s rich heritage .
Earlier today, cabinet secretaries of Tourism and Wildlife Alfred Mutua and Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen had the honour of accompanying H.E. Denis Sassou Nguesso, the President of the Republic of Congo, on a tour of the Nairobi National Park.
The President and his delegation had a great time sampling the park’s rare flora and fauna against the spectacular city skyscrapers in the background.
H.E. Nguesso is in the country for the African Development Bank Group’s Annual Meetings.
