ODM's Magarini Member of Parliament Loses Seat as Supreme Court Upholds Nullification Decision

The Supreme Court has upheld the Court of Appeal’s ruling to nullify the election of Harrison Garama as the Member of Parliament for Magarini constituency. The decision comes after Garama’s election was challenged on grounds of gross irregularities.
