It’s a pity that after I received a potentially harmful text from one Mr. Bwalei, I called him to enquire if it was a mistake, here is our conversation. We need to identify, report and isolate ourselves from such dangerous elements who want to take us back to the path of violence.
He further warned Gubernatorial aspirant Zedekiah Bindotich alias Buzeki for using threats and blackmail to have no space in democratic political competition.
“The press statement released by the Buzeki team of hired ‘talkers’ is a cover-up of the evils they are planning during this campaign period. Uasin Gishu is the most peaceful county in the entire region, we have deliberately invested our time and resources to achieve the tranquil, “ Mandago said.
“Threats and blackmail have no space in democratic political competition. That is why I will keep telling everyone “asiweke siasa kwa roho” after the election we will remain a united community. I commit myself to a peaceful campaign, voting, and post-election harmony,”
