Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspira in a UDA party ticket Jonathan Bii alias Koti Moja now says if elected he will ensure that there is no water shortage in the county.

He says he will ensure every house access to clean and healthy water.

“The access to clean and healthy water is a basic necessity without which our people face numerous challenges ranging from health to the progress in various Agricultural economic activities especially with the unreliable and erratic rainfall patterns,” sais Bii alias Koti Moja.

Bii will be facing Zedekiah Bundotich alias Buzeki in the August polls.

“As the population increases,so must we find ways and means through which we can bridge the gap in water shortage both in our urban and rural settings,by doing so we’ll end the perennial suffering by our people and serve to support countless business endeavors while boosting sanitation,” he added.

He says in his Water and Sanitation plan,he intends to rehabilitate and expand the existing Water supply schemes, drill more boreholes across the County and partner with other stakeholders in major interventions like the construction of Water storage dams.

“Water is a major incentive to a progressive development course and under the Nguzo Kumi plan,I’ll ensure the same becomes reality,” he added.
