Governor Bii Hits at Pollsters For Ranking Him Position 47
Uasin Gishu governor Jonathan Bii has opposed a survey by Insights Strategists Solution Africa that ranked him number 47.
Bii said the report was not true and was doctored to favor some individuals and that the negative publicity was artificial and not real.
“You cannot host a devolution conference that had every governor, senator, leader of the opposition, President international partners, and his deputy attended and they said they have never seen such a conference. How can I be ranked number 47,” said Governor Bii.
He said they should go by reality and not opinion polls.
“Senate committee on devolution have agreed to give us city status. We have qualified and anytime from now Eldoret will be a city. Some pollsters want to be paid for me to be number one, I won’t pay them what we need is to work,” added Governor Bii.
