Man Narrates How He Was Tricked To Buy A Non Existence Land Worth 200 Million
My name is Kelvin Ogutu from Kuria. On February 2018 I was offered to work abroad by a tech company after volunteering for their organization in Kenya for years. After working in the United States for nearly three years, I finally bagged enough money and decided to invest in Kenya by purchasing a piece of land for my family.
I decided to ask my two cousins who worked in the real estate to help me find the most suitable piece of land to purchase. My cousins agreed to help, they even promised to find me a nice property. A few days after I asked for their help, they informed me that they found a 100 acre land worth 200 million in Ngong.
I sent them the money and they later on showed me a tittle deed to the land. All was well until 2018 when I came to Kenya to view the property. The land my cousins allegedly purchased for me did not exist, by that time the two had fled and were nowhere to be seen.
