Uasin Gishu County inspectorates officers alias ‘Kanjos’ will soon get new uniforms in abid to eradicate illegal masquerading as County officers.

“They are civil servants and there are rules and regulations, these are trained officers and as county, we have an internal process of disciplining the rogue ones,” Some added.
“The County enforcement officers are friendly people and the allegations leveled against them us is not true since we work according to the law and have been trained in public relations,” said Kerich while speaking to the press.
He said their mandate is to serve residents regardless of their political or tribal affiliations.
Kerich further said that the county would recruit new county officers for the incoming financial year to help the county in the collection of revenue.

“The County Inspectorate personnel are professionally trained and even if you visit the Centre you will see the state of the children, and even our officers are working hard to make the life of the children bearable, “he added.
