Memorable Day at Turuturu High School in Kigumo Ward, Kigumo Constituency, Our Hearts Swelled With Pride During the Grand Prize Giving Day
As the Chief Guest, hosted by the esteemed Board of Management (BOM) and the Chief Principal, Mr. Thairu, I was truly honored.
This day was celebration of the remarkable achievements of our Students in Academics, Co-curricular activities, their Exemplary conduct, and Various Noteworthy Milestones. It fills me with Immense pride to announce that in previous National Examinations, Turuturu has successfully propelled 10 Students into Public Universities through the Government Sponsorship Program and another 70 into esteemed public colleges.
As a poignant part of this occasion, I had the privilege of Inaugurating Two State-of-the-art classrooms, a project that received unwavering support from “we” as (ITUNGI’s Family), with the noble intention of fostering a more conducive learning environment. In a Gesture of Encouragement and Empowerment, I extended full Scholarships to Several deserving Students at Turuturu High School, despite the Financial Constraints they face. Additionally, I distributed complete Scout uniforms to the school’s dedicated Scout members and made solemn Development Commitments, vowing to fulfill them within the shortest span possible.
This event also served as a platform to commend the Exceptional Leadership demonstrated by the Chief Principal and to Acknowledge the tireless dedication of the Educators who shape the future of these promising students.
The jubilant occasion was graced by Hundreds of Students, Parents, Teachers, and valued Stakeholders of Turuturu High School.
Beyond the ceremonial proceedings, I seized the opportunity to Mentor and Inspire the Bright Young Minds in attendance, imparting crucial life skills. I emphasized the indispensable role that parents play in guiding their children, underscoring the significance of Self-belief and Self-marketing as tools that empower students to seize life’s myriad opportunities.
